TLC374CPW

The Texas Instruments TLC374CPW is a quadruple differential comparator fabricated using LinCMOS technology. It consists of four independent voltage comparators suitable for operation from a single power supply or dual supplies with a voltage difference of 2 V to 18 V. This device features extremely high input impedance, typically greater than 10^12 Ω, enabling direct interfacing with high-impedance sources. The outputs are configured as n-channel open-drain.
