TLC354CD

The Texas Instruments TLC354CD is a LinCMOS quadruple differential voltage comparator. It is designed for single or dual supply operation with a wide supply voltage range from 1.4 V to 18 V. This comparator features very low supply current drain, typically 300 μA at 5 V and 130 μA at 1.4 V.

Key electrical characteristics include high input impedance (typically greater than 10^12 Ω) and extremely low input bias current (5 pA typ). The input offset voltage change at worst-case input conditions is typically 0.23 μV/Month. The common-mode input voltage range includes ground.

This device is fabricated using LinCMOS technology and consists of four independent differential voltage comparators.
