The TL7733BIDR from Texas Instruments is an integrated-circuit supply-voltage supervisor designed for use as a reset controller in microcomputer and microprocessor systems. This device monitors the supply voltage for undervoltage conditions at the SENSE input. When an undervoltage condition occurs, the RESET and RESET outputs go active.
Key features include a power-on reset generator, automatic reset generation after a voltage drop, and a reset output defined from VCC ≥ 1 V. It also incorporates a precision voltage sensor and a temperature-compensated voltage reference. The device offers true and complement reset outputs and an externally adjustable pulse duration.
This supervisor operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is available in an 8-SOIC package with surface mount mounting type. The nominal supply voltage is 3.08V, and it monitors a single voltage.
Applications for the TL7733B include wireless communication systems, factory automation, building automation, servers, notebooks, desktop computers, STB, and DVRs.
