TL1963A-15DCQR

The TL1963A-15DCQR is a fixed 1.5V output low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator from the TL1963A family, designed for applications requiring up to 1.5A of output current. It operates over an input voltage range of 2.1V to 20V and provides a stable 1.5V output with a typical dropout voltage of only 340mV at full load. The device features a low quiescent current of 1mA and offers excellent noise performance with an output noise of 40µVrms and PSRR of 45dB at 100kHz. The regulator achieves 3% output accuracy and requires a minimum output capacitance of 10µF for stability.

The TL1963A-15DCQR is rated for an operating junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, making it suitable for industrial and automotive environments.
