The TJA1145T/FDJ from NXP Semiconductors is a high-speed CAN transceiver providing a physical interface for Controller Area Network (CAN) protocol controllers. Designed for automotive applications, it supports ISO 11898-2:2016 and SAE J2284 standards, enabling reliable communication at data rates up to 2 Mbit/s.
This transceiver features low power consumption in Standby and Sleep modes and supports selective wake-up functions for CAN Partial Networking. It offers ±8 kV ESD protection on CAN bus pins and ±6 kV ESD protection on BAT pins. The device interfaces directly with 3.3 V to 5 V microcontrollers, automatically adjusting I/O levels.
