The TJA1145AT/FD/0Z is a high-speed CAN transceiver designed by NXP Semiconductors for automotive applications. It provides a physical interface between a CAN protocol controller and the two-wire CAN bus, supporting data rates up to 5 Mbit/s in the CAN FD fast phase.
