The TJA1081BTS,118 is a specialized FlexRay node transceiver manufactured by NXP Semiconductors. It is fully compliant with the FlexRay electrical physical layer specification V3.0.1 and meets JASPAR requirements for bus driver increased voltage amplitude transmitters. This automotive-qualified component supports data transfer rates from 2.5 Mbit/s to 10 Mbit/s, with a minimum bit time of 60 ns at 400 mV differential input voltage.

Designed for robust communication systems, the TJA1081BTS,118 offers enhanced low-power modes, optimized for ECUs connected to the battery.
