The TJA1020T/VM,118 is a LIN transceiver IC manufactured by NXP Semiconductors, designed for in-vehicle sub-networks. It supports baud rates up to 20 Kbaud and features very low ElectroMagnetic Emission (EME) and high ElectroMagnetic Immunity (EMI).
