The Bourns TISP4165M3BJR is a bidirectional thyristor overvoltage protector designed to limit overvoltages on telephone lines caused by AC power system disturbances or lightning flashes. It provides two-point protection for 2-wire telecommunication equipment, such as telephones and modems, and can be combined for multi-point protection.
