The ON Semiconductor TIP120G is a complementary silicon power transistor designed for general-purpose amplifier and low-speed switching applications. This NPN Darlington transistor offers a high DC current gain and is housed in a TO-220 package.
Key electrical characteristics include a collector-emitter sustaining voltage of 60V, a continuous collector current of 5A, and a peak collector current of 8A.
