Bus I/O protection includes ±16kV HBM ESD, ±8kV IEC 61000-4-2 contact discharge, and ±16V bus fault protection. The device operates within an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and is housed in a compact 16-VQFN (3mm x 3mm) package.

 

Key features include glitch-free power-up/power-down for hot-plugging, open, short, and idle bus failsafe conditions, and low power consumption with a shutdown current of less than 5 µA.
