The Brady THT-18-8591-3-BK is a weather-resistant, glossy black polyester label suitable for long-term outdoor UV exposure. Measuring 1 inch high by 3 inches wide, this die-cut label utilizes a permanent acrylic adhesive and is designed for thermal transfer printing.

This label material is engineered for durability without requiring an overlaminate, resisting UV radiation, abrasion, and fluid exposure. It is recommended for use with specific Brady ribbons such as the R6600 series for optimal print quality and resistance to smearing and fading. The label is compatible with various Brady printers, including the i75-series, enhancing operational efficiency through automatic calibration and optimized print settings.

With an average thickness of 0.0711 mm for colored materials, the B-8591 label stock offers robust performance in demanding environments. It adheres well to stainless steel surfaces, with typical adhesion values of 15.3 N/25mm after a 20-minute dwell and 18.6 N/25mm after a 24-hour dwell. The label can withstand high service temperatures up to 110°C for 30 days without visible effect and short-term exposure up to 180°C.

This label is suitable for asset tracking, infrastructure labeling, and compliance applications where legibility and durability are critical. It is UL Recognized Component to UL969 Labeling and Marking Standard when printed with specific Brady ribbons.
