It is capable of handling transmit clock frequencies up to 85MHz, supporting resolutions like VGA, SVGA, XGA, and SXGA when operating at 3.0-3.6V. For lower voltages (2.5V-3.6V), the dot clock range is up to 70MHz.

 

The THC63LVDF84B features a PLL that requires no external components and offers a power-down mode. It is available in a low-profile 56-lead or 48-lead TSSOP package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. The device is pin-compatible with the THC63LVDF84A/F64A series.
