TFM-140-31-S-D-LC

The Samtec TFM-140-31-S-D-LC is a 80 position, 2 row, 1.27mm pitch shrouded header connector designed for board-to-board or cable applications. This through hole component features a 4-wall shrouded housing for mating alignment and protection. The insulator is molded from black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a tin finish (0.76µm thickness). The mating area contact length is 3.53mm and the insulation height is 11.05mm. The connector includes a board lock feature for secure attachment to the PCB. It is rated for 2.9A per contact and 275VAC, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The push-pull fastening type allows easy mating and unmating. This header is suitable for dense interconnect designs requiring high pin count in a compact 1.27mm pitch format.
