The Samtec TFM-125-02-S-D-WT is a 50-position, 2-row, 1.27mm pitch shrouded header connector designed for high-reliability applications. It features Tiger Eye™ contacts with a 0.46mm diameter square post, gold plating (30µin), and phosphor bronze material. The insulator is black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) rated UL94 V-0. This surface mount connector includes solder retention and weld tab features for secure mounting.
Electrical ratings include 3.7A maximum current per contact, 250 VAC/354 VDC maximum voltage, and supports data rates up to 8 Gbps. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C. The header is fully shrouded (4-wall) with push-pull latching, making it suitable for board-to-board or cable applications. It meets MIL-DTL-55302 testing requirements and is available with optional screw-down and other rugged options.
