The Samtec TFM-115-02-S-DH is a 30 position, 2 row, right angle surface mount header from the TFM series of Tiger Eye connectors. It features a 1.27mm (0.050") pitch and a shrouded 4-wall design for blind mating and polarization. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a tin finish (30.0µin/0.76µm) and are rated for 2.9A per contact with a voltage rating of 275VAC.
This connector is designed for board-to-board and cable applications, offering up to 8 Gbps data rate performance. The insulation is black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
The TFM-115-02-S-DH is terminated via surface mount solder and is packaged in a tube of 22 parts. It is lead-free solderable and meets the requirements of high-reliability applications, including severe environment testing per MIL-DTL-55302.
