The Samtec TFC-110-02-F-D is a cost-effective, shrouded header from the Tiger Eye TFC series, designed for high-reliability board-to-board and cable-to-board applications. It features 20 positions arranged in 2 rows with a 1.27mm (0.050") pitch, and a vertical surface mount orientation. The connector uses phosphor bronze contacts with a gold flash on the post and matte tin on the tail, housed in a black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) insulator rated UL94 V-0.
Electrical ratings include a maximum current of 2.9A per contact, a voltage rating of 275VAC / 388VDC, and a data rate capability of up to 8 Gbps. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. The contact post diameter is 0.018" (0.46mm) and the stack height is 6.35mm (0.250"). The shrouded 4-wall design provides polarization and protection.
