The TESD5V0V4UA RDG is a 4-channel unidirectional TVS diode array from Taiwan Semiconductor designed for protecting sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a 5V reverse standoff voltage and a 19V clamping voltage, capable of handling 5A peak pulse current (8/20µs) and 95W peak pulse power. The device offers power line protection and is suitable for general purpose applications. With a low capacitance of 0.5pF at 1MHz, it is ideal for high-speed signal lines. The component is available in a compact 10-UFDFN package (supplier device package 2510P10) and supports surface mount assembly. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C.
