The Traco Power TDR 3-2412WISM is a compact, isolated DC/DC converter from the TDR 3WI series, delivering a fully regulated 12V output at 250mA (3W). It accepts a wide 4:1 input voltage range of 9 to 36 VDC (24V nominal) and features 1600 VDC input-to-output isolation.
This surface-mount module is housed in a 14-SMD package measuring 18.9mm x 12.8mm x 8.7mm. It operates over a -40°C to +85°C temperature range without derating and offers typical efficiency of 82%. Key features include remote on/off control, continuous short-circuit protection, low ripple and noise (30 mVp-p), and tight voltage set accuracy (±1%).
