The TDA21472 from Infineon Technologies is an Optimos Powerstage designed for high-frequency, low-profile DC-DC converters, serving as a voltage regulator for CPUs, GPUs, and DDR memory arrays. This power stage integrates a gate-driver IC, Schottky diode, and high-side/low-side MOSFETs within a compact 5 mm x 6 mm x 1 mm PQFN package, optimized for PCB layout and heat transfer.

Key electrical specifications include an input voltage range of 4.25 V to 16 V and a VCC/VDRV supply range of 4.25 V to 5.5 V. The output voltage can be regulated from 0.25 V up to 5.5 V.
