TDA21470

The Infineon TDA21470 is a high-efficiency integrated power stage suitable for processor power management in server, telecom, and datacom applications. It combines advanced low-voltage MOSFET technology with Infineon's latest driver design, integrated into a compact 5x6mm PQFN package with a 0.45mm pitch.

Key electrical specifications include an input voltage range of 4.25V to 16V and an output voltage range from 0.25V to 5.5V, capable of delivering up to 70A of output current. The device features fast switching technology for improved performance at higher frequencies and achieves a peak efficiency greater than 95%.
