It also passed Temperature Cycling (TC) from -55°C to +150°C for 1000 cycles and High Temperature Storage Life (HTSL) at 150°C for 1000 hours.
Environmental stress tests include pre-conditioning with MSL 2 and 260°C reflow, Autoclave (AC) at 121°C/100% RH for 96 hours, and Unbiased Highly Accelerated Stress Test (UHAST) at 130°C/85% RH for 96 hours. All tests resulted in a PASS assessment.
The product is supplied in a PG-IQFN-30 package. This qualification report confirms the product's characteristics with respect to quality and reliability.
The Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) for the TDA21242 is Level 2, with a recommended baking temperature of 260°C.
