The TCN75-3.3MOA from Microchip Technology is a serially programmable digital temperature sensor designed for ambient temperature monitoring. It features a standard 2-wire serial interface, compatible with I2C and SMBus protocols, allowing for easy communication with host controllers.
This sensor offers a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and operates from a supply voltage of 2.7V to 5.5V. It provides a resolution of 8 bits and an accuracy of ±3°C. The device includes programmable trip points and hysteresis, with power-up defaults allowing for stand-alone thermostat operation.
