The Semtech TCLAMP0602N.TCT is a steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode designed to protect high-speed data lines from transient overvoltages. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 6V and a clamping voltage of 29V, with a peak pulse current rating of 95A (8/20µs) and peak pulse power of 2500W.
This device provides 2 unidirectional channels and includes power line protection. It has a low capacitance of 25pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed applications such as Ethernet and telecom interfaces. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C.
