This optocoupler offers a high isolation test voltage of 5000 V RMS and a total power dissipation of 200 mW. The input side supports a forward current up to 60 mA and a reverse voltage up to 6V. The output side can handle a collector emitter voltage of up to 70V and a collector current of 50 mA.

 

Designed for reliability, the TCET1204 operates within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +100°C. Its features include high common mode rejection and a low temperature coefficient of CTR.
