The TC913BCOA from MIC (TelCom Semiconductor Inc) is a groundbreaking monolithic dual auto-zeroed operational amplifier. It sets a new standard for low-power, precision dual-operational amplifiers by achieving microvolt offset levels without external capacitors. This design offers chopper amplifier performance with a maximum offset voltage of 15µV and a drift of 0.15µV/°C.
Key electrical characteristics include a high DC gain of 120dB, low supply current of 650µA, and low input voltage noise of 0.65µVP-P (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz). It operates with a wide common-mode voltage range from VSS to VDD – 2V and boasts high common-mode rejection of 116dB. The amplifier supports dual or single supply operation, with dual supply ranging from ±3.3V to ±8.3V and single supply from +6.5V to +16V. AC performance is also excellent, with a slew rate of 2.5V/µsec and a unity-gain bandwidth of 1.5MHz.
The TC913BCOA is pin-compatible with popular op-amps like LM358, OP-14, MC1458, ICL7621, TL082, and TLC322. It is available in SOIC packages, suitable for surface mounting.
