The Microchip Technology TC77-5.0MOA is a serially accessible digital temperature sensor designed for low-cost and small form-factor applications. It provides temperature data as a 13-bit digital word through an SPI and MICROWIRE compatible interface. The sensor offers a temperature resolution of 0.0625°C per Least Significant Bit (LSb).
Key electrical specifications include an operating voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. The accuracy is rated at ±1°C (max.) from +25°C to +65°C, ±2°C (max.) from -40°C to +85°C, and ±3°C (max.) from -55°C to +125°C.
