The TC77-5.0MCTTR from Microchip Technology is a serially accessible digital temperature sensor designed for low-cost and small form-factor applications. It features a 13-bit digital output and a SPI and MICROWIRE compatible interface, enabling easy communication.
This sensor offers a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C with an accuracy of ±1°C from +25°C to +65°C and ±3°C over the full range. It operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply and consumes low power, with a typical continuous conversion mode current of 250 µA and a shutdown mode current of 0.1 µA.
