The Toshiba TC74VHC00FTEL is an advanced high-speed CMOS 2-input NAND gate fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS technology. It achieves high-speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining low CMOS power dissipation. The internal circuit is composed of 3 stages including a buffer output, providing high noise immunity and stable output.
This device features a wide operating voltage range from 2V to 5.5V, making it suitable for interfacing between 5V and 3V systems.
