The TC74LCX541FT(EL) from Toshiba is a high-performance CMOS octal bus buffer. It is designed for 3.3V systems but can interface with 5V supply environments for both inputs and outputs. This non-inverting, 3-state buffer features two active-low output enables. When either OE1 or OE2 is high, the outputs are in a high-impedance state.
