The TC74A2-3.3VAT from Microchip Technology is a serially accessible digital temperature sensor designed for low-cost and small form-factor applications. It outputs temperature data as an 8-bit digital word via a 2-wire SMBus/I2C compatible serial port.
This sensor features a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and requires a supply voltage between 2.7V and 5.5V. Its accuracy is ±2°C from +25°C to +85°C and ±3°C from 0°C to +125°C.
