The TC4469EOE713 from Microchip Technology is a family of four-output CMOS buffers and MOSFET drivers designed for high peak output current applications. With a capability of 1.2A peak drive, these devices are suitable for driving all four MOSFETs in an H-bridge configuration for higher current motor drive, or for direct driving of low current motors.
These drivers operate over a wide voltage range of 4.5V to 18V. They offer symmetrical rise and fall times of 25 nsec and short, equal delay times of 75 nsec. The devices are latch-proof and can withstand 500 mA inductive kickback. They also feature ESD protection on all pins.
The TC4469EOE713 is available in a 16-SOIC package with surface mount mounting type. The logic voltage ranges from 0.8V to 2.4V, and the operating temperature range is -40°C to 150°C (TJ).
Applications include general-purpose CMOS logic buffering, driving small motors directly, relay or peripheral drivers, and CCD drivers. The integrated logic gates can help reduce component count in many designs.
