The TC4428ACOA is a dual high-speed power MOSFET driver designed for efficient switching of power MOSFETs. It features a high peak output current capability of 1.5A, enabling it to drive significant gate capacitances quickly. The device operates over a wide voltage range of 4.5V to 18V, providing flexibility for various power applications.
With a typical delay time of 30 ns and the ability to switch 1000 pF loads in 25 ns, the TC4428ACOA ensures fast and precise MOSFET control. It is designed to be latch-up protected and can withstand reverse current up to 0.5A without damage. The terminals are also protected against electrostatic discharge up to 4 kV.
This MOSFET driver is available in an 8-pin SOIC package, suitable for surface mount applications.
