The TC4425EOE is a dual low-side gate driver designed for driving N-channel and P-channel MOSFETs. It operates from a supply voltage of 4.5V to 18V and delivers 3A peak source and sink current per channel. The independent inverting and non-inverting input types allow flexible control configurations. The device is housed in a 16-pin SOIC package with a 7.50mm body width and is surface mount compatible.
