The Microchip Technology TC4420VOA is a high-performance, single-output MOSFET driver designed for efficient operation. It delivers a peak output current of 6A and operates within a wide supply voltage range of 4.5V to 18V. This driver features a low output impedance of 2.5 Ω and is capable of driving high capacitive loads up to 10,000 pF.
