TC4420

The TC4420 is a high-performance, non-inverting MOSFET driver utilizing CMOS technology for enhanced power efficiency and reduced consumption. It supports a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 18V and is compatible with TTL/CMOS inputs, facilitating easy integration into various electronic systems.

This driver excels in battery-powered systems by minimizing power dissipation and thermal output. Its rapid response times, including a 55 ns propagation delay and 25 ns rise and fall times, make it suitable for high-speed switching applications, ensuring precise timing and system reliability. The TC4420 boasts a peak output current of 6A and can drive capacitive loads up to 10,000 pF.
