The TC426CPA from Microchip Technology is a dual CMOS high-speed driver. It translates TTL/CMOS input voltage levels into rail-to-rail output voltage swings, with the CMOS output staying within 25 mV of the ground or positive supply.
This driver features a low-impedance, high-current output capable of swinging a 1000 pF load to 18V in 30 nsec. Key electrical specifications include a wide operating supply voltage range of 4.5V to 18V, a high peak output current of 1.5A, and low input current of 1 µA. The device offers fast switching speeds of 30 ns.
