Introducing the Zebra TC78, a next-generation ultra-rugged mobile computer built for the modern age of mobility. As an evolution of the TC7X family, the TC78 is lighter, thinner, and tougher, packed with leading-edge technology.

Key features include Wi-Fi 6E for faster wireless speeds and lower latency, and optional 5G cellular connectivity for "wired-like" speeds. It boasts a powerful Qualcomm 6490 octa-core processor, offering significant improvements in processing and graphics power. Memory configurations go up to 8 GB RAM and 128 GB UFS Flash, with a 2 TB MicroSD card slot for expandable storage.

The TC78 is equipped with advanced scanning capabilities, including the SE55 1D/2D Advanced Range scan engine capable of capturing barcodes from hand-held to 40 ft. away, and the SE4770 for standard ranges. It features a bright 6-inch Full HD+ display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass, an 8MP front camera, and a 16MP rear camera with Optical Image Stabilization. A Time of Flight depth sensor is included for mobile parcel dimensioning.

Designed for durability, the TC78 has an industry-best drop specification of 10 ft./3.05 m to concrete without a rugged boot. It offers multiple battery options, including standard, extended, BLE, and wireless charging batteries. The device supports eConnex for snap-and-go pairing with accessories and HD Voice for crystal-clear communication.
