The Traco Power TBA 2-1211 is a 2-watt isolated DC/DC converter from the TBA 2 series. It provides a single 5V output at 400 mA from a nominal 5V input (4.5-5.5V range). The converter offers 1500V DC input-to-output isolation and includes continuous short circuit protection.
Electrical characteristics include an efficiency of 79% typical, output ripple and noise of 250 mVp-p maximum, and line regulation of 1.5%. The minimum load is 10% of full load, and the maximum capacitive load is 470 µF. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 90°C with derating.
