The Diodes Incorporated T3V3S5-7 is a unidirectional surface mount Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode. It is ideally suited for ESD protection applications, offering excellent clamping capability and a fast response time.
This device operates with a 3.3V reverse standoff voltage and a 16V clamping voltage at 5A (8/20µs pulse). It has a peak pulse power rating of 220W and a capacitance of 85pF at 1MHz. The operating temperature range is from -65°C to 150°C.
Packaged in a SOD-523 (SC-79) surface mount package, the T3V3S5-7 is constructed from "Green" molding compound and is totally lead-free and RoHS compliant. Its small footprint makes it suitable for space-constrained designs.
