The T2M-110-01-S-D-TH-WT is a through-hole shrouded header from Samtec's T2M series, offering 20 positions arranged in 2 rows at a 2.00mm pitch. The fully shrouded 4-wall design provides robust mating guidance and protection.
The connector utilizes Samtec's Tiger Eye multi-finger contact system (0.50mm square post) for high reliability in demanding environments. It is rated for 3.8A maximum current (2 pins powered), 350 VAC / 495 VDC maximum voltage, and supports data rates up to 8 Gbps. The operating temperature range covers -55°C to 125°C.
Constructed with a black LCP insulator and phosphor bronze contacts, the mating area features 30µin Gold plating while the tail has Matte Tin finish, ensuring solderability and corrosion resistance. Additional features include solder retention and a weld tab for enhanced mechanical security.
The header is packaged in tubes of 22 pieces and is SET qualified, meeting MIL-DTL-55302 testing. It mates with Samtec S2SD and S2SS cable assemblies for board-to-board or cable applications.
