The Samtec T1M-10-GF-DV is a 20 position, 2 row, 1.00mm pitch shrouded header designed for board-to-cable/wire applications. It features a 4-wall shrouded housing with a locking ramp fastening type for secure mating. The insulator is molded from Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating and natural color.
The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a gold finish (3µ" / 0.076µm) and a square contact shape. The header is rated for 3.3A per contact and 250VAC / 353VDC, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to 85°C. The minimum pushout force is 2.23N for signal contacts and 4.45N for weld tabs.
