The SZSMS24T1G is a quad unidirectional TVS diode array from On Semiconductor, designed for transient voltage suppression in sensitive electronics. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 24V and a clamping voltage of 44V at 8A peak pulse current. With a peak pulse power rating of 350W (8/20 µs waveform), it provides robust surge protection.
This device integrates four independent unidirectional channels in a compact SC-74 surface mount package, saving board space.
