The SZSM12T1G is a dual common anode monolithic silicon zener diode array designed for transient overvoltage protection. It provides ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 with ±15 kV air discharge and ±8 kV contact discharge, EFT protection per IEC 61000-4-4 at 40 A, and lightning protection per IEC 61000-4-5 at 12 A.
Key electrical specifications include a working peak reverse voltage of 12 V, a breakdown voltage range of 13.3 V to 15.75 V, a clamping voltage of 19 V, and a peak pulse current of 12 A (8/20 µs). The device can dissipate 300 W peak power (8/20 µs) and has a total power dissipation of 225 mW on FR-5 board or 300 mW on alumina substrate.
