The SZNZ8F12VMX2WT5G is a 12V Zener diode from onsemi's NZ8F series, designed for voltage regulation in space-constrained applications. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 12V with ±5% tolerance and a maximum power dissipation of 250mW on a standard FR-4 minimum pad (1 oz. copper).
