The SZNUP2124MXWTAG is a dual line bidirectional TVS diode designed for CAN and CAN-FD bus protection. It offers a reverse standoff voltage of 24V and a clamping voltage of 40V, with a peak pulse current of 3A (8/20 µs). The device provides ESD protection up to 28kV (contact and air) per IEC 61000-4-2, and meets ISO 10605 requirements. It is AEC-Q101 qualified and suitable for automotive applications. The device is housed in a 3-XDFNW (1x1 mm) package with wettable flanks for automated optical inspection. It is Pb-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant.
