The SZNUP2115LT3G is a bidirectional TVS diode from onsemi designed for ESD protection in automotive networks, particularly FlexRay transceivers. It features a reverse working voltage of 24V and a breakdown voltage range of 26.2V to 32V at 1 mA. The device offers a peak power dissipation of 200W (8/20 µs waveform) and a peak pulse current rating of 3A. Clamping voltage is 33.4V typ/36.6V max at 1A and 44V typ/50V max at 3A.
