The SZMMSZ5235ET1G is a 6.8V Zener diode from On Semiconductor's SZMMSZ52xxET1G series, designed for voltage regulation in surface mount applications. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 6.8V with ±5% tolerance and a maximum power dissipation of 500mW on FR-4 or FR-5 boards. The device features a low maximum impedance of 5Ω and a forward voltage of 900mV at 10mA. Reverse leakage current is limited to 3µA at 5V.
