The SZMMSZ11T1G is a Zener voltage regulator diode from On Semiconductor, part of the MMSZxxxT1G / SZMMSZxxxT1G series. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 11V with a tolerance of ±5% and is rated for a maximum power dissipation of 500mW at a lead temperature of 75°C.
