The SZMMBZ39VCLT1G is a dual monolithic silicon Zener diode from the SZMMBZxxVCLT1G series, designed for voltage and ESD protection in automotive and other applications. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 31.2V, a nominal breakdown voltage of 39V, and a clamping voltage of 55V. The device can handle 40W peak pulse power (1 ms) and 760mA peak pulse current. It supports two unidirectional or one bidirectional configuration.
The SOT-23-3 package allows for surface mounting and space-saving design. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable. It is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL rating of 1.
